For a successful return, ensure that:
Products that are unused, unsoiled ONLY be considered eligible for Returns.
There is no physical damage to the product. All the Labels, Tags, Original Invoices, Maintenance coupons, and/or any other inclusion and original packaging of the product are intact.
Track sport receives the returned product with all requisites, labels, tags, and original packaging intact.
Kindly ensure you ship the product through a Reliable & Reputed Carrier/ Courier Service Provider that will provide you with an online tracking number and retain the same until the refund is processed.
Track sport advises using the same Carrier through which the product has been delivered.
Track sport takes no liability in case of loss of merchandise by the carrier.
No size exchange will be issued if we do not receive the return request within 15 days of raising the Return Request.
A Replacement will only be provided in the case, an erroneous product is delivered to you. If such a situation happens to you, return the pack you securely received to us. After an investigation, we will provide you with the refund (if eligible as per our refund policy).
